Define “jam”……
Is it a failure to feed?
A failure to extract?
Stove piping?
You have to give a better example than saying the rifle “jams”….
Try a picture or a video….. anything more will get you some sort of help.
When did you clean it last?

And use non wet lubricants…….
Graphite and teflon based lubes only…. Wanna gum the crap outta a blow back .22 just run wet lubes…..
I assume you mean cartridges not bullets...
and if you have tried many different brands of ammunition and it still 'jams' I suggest letting a gunsmith diagnose the problem. It will be quicker and most likely not that much money. The 10-22 is normally pretty reliable.

Do you or anyone you know have a borescope ? Might be cra* inside the chamber that has 'hardened', esp if you don't use C4 or similar Carbon Dissolver. You may need to use a Brass Brush in the chamber - I use a .243 brush ONLY in the chamber to get cra* out if it's really built up. Careful use of Brass should not be a problem in the bore/chamber.
I betchya it’s just a gummed up action and chamber caused by a build up of un burnt powder and bullet wax….
A nylon .22 cal brush and Ed’s Red followed by a good blast of brake cleaner, will probably solve the issue, if that don’t work, wrap a patch around the brush and giver a good stroking with some Iosso paste, or JB’s, followed by a good blast of brake cleaner…
