Ruger 1022-Must customize!

I've been searching far and wide for some parts to improve the performance of my Ruger 1022, mainly a bolt buffer, auto bolt release, a better extractor, hammer kit (or other means of dropping the trigger pull weight), extended charging handle, possibly a match bolt... most places I've found don't like shipping to Canada. I live in Abbotsford/Langley,BC; Can anyone recommend a supplier who will ship these parts out to my neck of the woods?

Do the auto bolt release yourself as shown in the pic.
