An old guy friend of mine is wondering if I'd trade my boat for rifles. Hes got an unfired ruger 1 in .458 2 inch octagon barrel colour case hardened and really pretty walnut. ***has "warn devries" cleanly engraved on side of barrel***

2nd hes got an unfired ruger 1 in .458 win mag. Heavy barrel.

3rd an unfired sako AV in .311 imp mag

4th an unfired sako AV in .360 imp mag
#3 and # 4 are consecutive serial #s
Im just wondering what these suckers are worth?
I know pictures help so if you pm me a cell # ill text you a raft of pictures. An Email works too.
Any ideas what theyre worth

A stock Ruger #1 would be $1200-$1400 NIB. The customs in obscure calibers are significantly less desirable. I wouldn't go over $500 for any of them...basically the price of the action.

$4000 for the lot... but it is going to take a long time to sell them... you are into a miniscule niche market with three of the four.

In the end. it doesn't matter what the dollar value of the rifles might be unless you actually want money for your boat. If that is the case, you should sell the boat for money and allow the gunowner to do the same with his rifles. Otherwise, it just comes down to whether or not you want rifles more than you want your boat. Plainly, the other party does want your boat more than he wants his rifles. This is the thing with trading; dollar value is just a number. All of those rifles, while fairly costly, would be difficult to sell since the potential market is miniscule.

The sako's. Were sold as "NASS" (north American shooting systems) imperial grade 1 rifles with kdf muzzle brakes installed for $2750 each
1991 vintage unfired rifles.
I think this makes them rebarreled from nass
Any idea what they're worth? I believe he has brass and dies for them both as well. Would likely sell as a matched pair

Pictures would be great as some of these are not over the counter rifles.
Google told me the Imperial Magnum is based on the .404 Jeffery Case.

Is it possible that the Sako's were originally built as Safari Versions?
