I picked up my 22/45 today. This one has been on my list since it came out. The finish is great. Will be hitting the range with it tomorrow.
On a side note, I've owned several 22/45 models over the years, this is my second MKIII. This is one of the tightest handguns I've ever owned. And this is both good and bad. If I didn't know what I was doing, and have done it before, I would have thought something was wrong this this gun. Very difficult to break down, especially removing the frame from receiver. You will need a rubber mallet. My best advice is to follow the instructions to a "T".
