Ruger 345

Nice slim grip, feels really good if you have smaller hands. Good looking gun, I almost bought one, but decided to go 9mm because I didn't want to pay for .45 ammo.

I had one for about a month and then sold it.The pistol itself was reliable and very accurate and i cant say one bad thing about it.Sold it because i like a 9mm better.

Ditto.
For the money, in a compact, reliable 45ACP...it can't be beat.
Compared to higher $ units, it is definately not in the same league, but if I were looking for a 45 in that price range, I would go for the Ruger over a Norc....(Although....getting one of the newer models from Gunnar would be a close call....)
You might also want to consider the Taurus 24/7 in 45 ACP...I handled one today and it seems like a lot of gun for the money.....
Don't you love dilemmas!:D

+1 - I bought one this year for an inexpensive .45, 1,000 plus rounds through it to this point, no problems. Check out rugerforum.com and you will see lot's of opinions on both sides.
