ruger 44 carbine jamming

Ruger inc and rugers warranty comp. in canada both tell me older tube feds are not jammers as long as heavier ammo is used.......Some individuals have told me its a prob with the tube feed and they jam for that reason. Whats up ??????

Mine jammed often, finally discovered a fine crack in one of receiver innards. Can't remember what part it was, it's been a while but basically after a few attempts at repairs (no replacement parts) the gun was scrapped. Hopefully it stayed as a parts gun. :?
