Ruger 77/22

How hard is it to rebarrel a Ruger 77/22. Is it the same as the Ruger 10/22.

The process is the same, the barrels are different.

It depends on the model the rimfires have a barrel that is held on with a retaining block and can be changed similarly to a 10/22. I heard that the new 77/22 have threaded on barrels but I could be wrong. All 77/22 Hornets have threaded on barrels so you will have to go through the same process as a normal centrefire rifle.
