I was under standing that ruger had made their own action and did not outsource it. Today a friend told me that ruger had purchased their actions from Mauser since they where a Mauser action. So what are the results ruger buys from Mauser or make their own

Bill Ruger borrowed some design features and inspiration from the Mauser action, but the M77 is an in house build.

Doesn't matter, word on the street is the M77 is Kaput.
