Ruger after market barrels

In Canada right now, is there such a thing as a 22 LR Ruger 10-22 barrel with a near match chamber (short chambered??) that has an original factory profile?

I'm wondering if there is a drop in barrel that is more acurate than normal, without needing to change the factory stock and is not a full match chamber, but about halfway so.
I know that's asking alot. Is this realistic?

Dlask Arms in BC I believe makes their .22lr barrels with slightly shorter chambers. I own two and when I press a cartridge in, the bullet it touching the rifling/lands which makes for extracting a live round difficult. *Exact Edge Extractor Highly Recommended

However, when firing the barrels perform flawlessly. Very accurate.
