Glad to here that the Ruger American is not a bad rifle.
Made an impulse buy today in 22WMR. Chose the rifle version rather than the compact.
I have always said I would never want or need a 22 mag. I have a 77/22 Hornet that I really like so why would I need a 22 mag.
So much for my will power.
We will see how it works on Sunday as long as I can find ammo tomorrow.
If not I am sure my buddy has a box or two he can spot me, once he stops ribbing me for buying the magnum.
