Just leaving this here for the next confused person that finds out MDTs support site seems to be down.
If you got an MDT field stock and are wondering wtf all the extra pins are for, I can tell you that the longer one is supposed to replace the factory bolt stop pin. The pin is very loose, and it seems the short stock one can fall out when using the field stock. The longer one in the bag of parts prevents that.

Removal is simple, as I said, it is very loose. I just used a magnet to pull it out while putting a bit of pressure on the bolt stop. There is another video that shows using a dead blow hammer to smack the bottom of the receiver, the inertia knocked the pin out. I didn't feel like removing my trigger pack and scope to do that.
I still have no idea what the other short pin in the bag of parts is for
