Just got a ruger American predator, first shots on it impressed me. I got it in 6.5 creedmore. It liked all the different ammo I tested with it. The hornady match was best. With a .625 inch 5 round group at 100. I look forward to using it more. Just saying I'm happy with it.

Hope you put that decimal point in the wrong place or forgot to add a zero to the yardage. There is nothing to be happy about a six inch group at 100yds.

I just picked up the same but left hand, I have tried Winchester usa 125gr hp(red box) and they sucked, maybe 3 inch, Hornady 129gr sst superformance wasn't much better, Hornady 143gr eldx is supposed to be really good, any match ammo in this rifle is a tack driver

Updated, hand loads are going well for it. One thing I've done to all my plastic stock guns. Fill the empty void in the stock (remove but pad) with silicone. It helps the balance and that bad noise a stick makes when it hits a hollow plastic stock.

I have a Ruger American Ranch and it is one of my most consistently accurate rifles. I know the early ones had problems, but the new ones are hard to beat for the price.
