Ruger American ranch red dots?

So I got a ruger American ranch that’s in 223/5.56 and takes ar mags as kinda a beat around truck/boat gun for coyotes and seal and normally I only use iron sights for hunting but I’m unable to get my hands on some NoDak spud sights for the rifle. So I guess the main question is what kinda fairly cheap but durable red dot sight would you all recommend keeping in mind this rifle will be battering around in the woods and on the ocean and I don’t shoot (for hunting anyway) past 150-200 yards any recommendations ? Or am I asking too much of a cheap optic

What do you consider "cheap"?
You can typically find vortex red dot's on the EE for around $200 and they are lifetime warranty no paperwork or questions.

Sig Romeo 5. Doesn’t have the Vortex warranty but has a much longer battery life and can be found on sale at Cabela’s regularly for 170.

I've got Nodak sights on mine and a Burris FF3. Not sure how it'll work long term but so far I like it.

Between 80 and 300$ is my range but I’m hoping for around 150$ might be asking a lot but I’m cheap

I’m guessing you got the irons before Nodak was sold ? I should have got em when I had the chance before I got the rifle
