At present the Ruger American Ranch rilfe is not available in 308, however it would not be difficult for Ruger to offer the Ranch rifle in 308 with AI type mags the same as the Ruger GSR, since some Ruger Predators are already available with AI mags. It would be about half the price of the Ruger GSR so I think there would be a market for it. I believe it is already possible to get a conversion kit from Ruger for the Ruger American Predator in 308 to use the AI mags.

The ruger ranch in 308 was available as a Canadian exclusive through Cabelas canada.
