A new version of the popular American Rimfire.

I like the stock.....pepper laminate.

Looks great!

Curious to see what the pricing is going to be.

With the standard Americans now running in the $400-450 mark and the wood models around $550-600, does this mean at least $650-700 for the target model?

Since this is a rimfire bolt gun and it uses the bx-25 mags would the RCMP mag limitation still apply to it if used in this gun?

Are there any oil filters that would be accepted by a 1/2 x 28 thread?

Or will the "Farce" make oil filters prohibited too?

You been watching too much Hichcock45.......

No, no oil filter threads are 1/2 x 28, there are adapters out there however. But it would still be technically prohibited to use one.

i really like my RAR but i think i would like the new target one better!

ohhh, i like where you mind is at @Nine, 22mag would be nice with a bull barrel.

id imagine that gun is gonna be $800 when it gets up here with the exchange and such.

actually now that i look at the web page i must admit i have been wanting to get into the 17HMR and 22mag and if those make it up here in any kinda numbers id imagine id pick up one of each.

bull barrel, threaded, nice laminate stock, pic rail already added on.

its got everything ive been wanting.

What a great looking rifle. I'm glad I bought a cheap base model RAR by comparison as I expect even the base model RAR will be going up. This one is quite a bit nicer, that bolt I like a lot more. I will be looking to get a wood stock for my RAR rifle eventually. The molded stock that came with the rifle works fine but has no personality and the molding from time to time touches the barrel which just bugs me so any time I see one in wood makes me want to get a stock that much more. I'm a big fan of this little gun but if the price got anywhere near close I'd have to buy a CZ. The RAR is amazingly cheap and accurate but the CZ is just a much better gun. Thanks for posting
