Ruger american scout

I’m looking to buy a new rifle for coyote hunting. I have narrowed it down to the ruger american scout in 5.56 that takes AR mags.
I have been looking at several retail sites but can’t find it dor sale in Canada
Any one know where to buy one ?

I remember ruger selling a scout rifle chambered in 5.56...but looking at their website it doesn't seem they sell that one anymore.

Maybe you're thinking of Mossberg's scout?

If you mean the Ruger Scout in 5.56, I think it was discontinued. There was one in stock at the local C-Tire (Saint John, NB) that I wish I'd had the money to buy when it was on sale last week.
