Gentlemen - I have two questions:

1 - Did / Does Ruger make a Bisley Blackhawk, small frame, in 357 mag with a 4 /58" or 5.5" barrel?

2 - Is there a gunsmith in Canada that can install a S&W rear sight and a fiber optic front sight on a Ruger Bisley Vaquero 357 mag?

Thanks, Jay

Ruger does indeed make a "Flattop" blackhawk, (smaller frame) bisley equipped revolver in .357 mag., blue or stainless.
It comes also with another cylinder for 9mm. Check with Prophet River in Alberta. I believe these were a distributor model from the US.

Edited to state the Prophet River website now only shows these guns in .44 special!
I am sure ruger makes them for a couple of distributors, but may not be a cataloged item..

I can't answer your 2'nd question!:)

I doubt very much there is enough meat on the vaquero to cut the dovetail for a rear sight. It isn't what these guns were designed around
