Ruger BX-25 double sided Mag which flips giving 2 X 25 capacity

Yup.....point is moot as there not allowed in Canada.
Besides, I tried the 2 BC mags together at one time.
FWIW...2 mags and 50 rounds are not light to carry around. :rolleyes:
 
The way I understood the registrations is: There is no limit to a rimfire 22. I`ll have to research it again and post it up.
 
Nope. And wouldn't really matter if they changed it now I don't think... the 'powers that be' still consider it a handgun mag - 10 round limit. It just also happens to fit in a rifle.

While there appears to be no logic here, it's the same interpretation that allows us to us 10 round .223 pistol mags in rifles. Personally, I'd rather live with the 10 round limit on the BX25's, since there are other 25+ round options.

Thanks, people. I was well aware of the unfortunate status of these mags before writing the OP.

My point was that if Ruger are not making this twinned BC-25, then it must be an after market product joining them to sell them for $125 and forcing those in Florida to pay more for this monstrosity than if they could buy two of the standard mags, which I understand list at well less than 1/2 of $125.

Could thiis be part of the run on stuff created by OB and his goverment and their avowed purpose to "Take Action?"

Look at the new laws in Colorado.
 
BC needs to smarten up and put the clippy pins on the other side of the mag so it doesn't stick out and press against your arm. Oh and making them fit a little tighter so I don't have to pick loaded mags up out of the dirt and mud when they fall off. Tape looks so ghetto and defeats the purpose of the pins anyways so come on. I use them one at a time now. However 2 Pro mag 32 rders clipped together is still a good time :)
 
It really is too bad that Ruger dropped the ball on getting the BX25s into Canada - they would have sold a crap load of them.
