If you intend to use heavy bullets (270-320gr.) in the 9.3, the 1-10" twist should offer good stability and accuracy. My custom-barrelled Husqvarna has a 1-14" twist and accuracy is good with the 232gr. Norma thru the Prvi Partizan 285gr. I have not tried the 320gr. Woodleigh yet.
