Ruger factory folding stock for mini 14

I have a friend who has one and is looking to sell.He was told it was worth as much as the gunis this true?
What are they going for?

There is one in the EE for $400.00 & change doesn't seem to be selling .
I just picked up a stainless mini with original factory folder for $699.00
I would say $200.00 to $300 max for one as new
