Ruger GP 100 Speed loaders where to order

yup, my gp100, model 19 and 586 all work with the same speed loader.

Caution there. The GP100 and 586/686 use the same one but the model 19 is a K frame and uses a smaller one that is not compatible with the GP100.

I own/owned all these and speed loaders for them.
Cheers

Model 19 smith is a K frame, 586 and 686 is a L frame, which is a different size of loader. The K frame will fit the small frame Dan Wesson
I may still have a couple L frame ones left, will check tomorrow.
The HKS are easier to load, but the SL are quicker to load in the gun.

I found and use Jetloader speedloaders. I find the exposed spring allows for a better purchase over the Safariland speedloaders. Personal preference at work here. I don't believe for a minute the K frame speedloaders will work in an L frame. They didn't work in either my 686 or GP-100. I suspect the poster ,au have mistyped.

The Twist version of speedliaders were difficult for me to adjust for and were slower for me.

I bought my Jetloaders sometime ago and I cannot remember where I bought them. They came up from the US for certain. To the OP Google is your friend. A Google search should get you where you want to be.

I had never used speedloaders before and watched a few reviews and videos, but I couldn't find any sources for purchasing Jetloaders when I was shopping online. I went with Safariland ones and think they are great - very easy to load, secure, no twisting to reload and very light and seemingly pretty durable despite being made entirely of some type of plastic.

They work just like Jetloaders. The latter just exposes the spring otherwise they are identical is design and use the same polymer material. No differences other than what I described. It just falls to preference.
