Ruger gunsite scout 308win

I’ve shot surplus 7.62x51 through mine and had no problems, granted the bolt is a bit stiffer to lift up sometimes but functions fine.

They use AICS type mags, 3rd, 5rd, 10rd, and 20rd (Promag).

I haven't had any problem with surplus ammo in my M77 mk2 compact so far.

The Magpul mags work great in mine. Even better than the polymer ones that came with it.

The 5rd mags are probably the most versatile option (Magpuls have the ability to hold 6 by cutting the follower tab) The 10rd mags are good back up. That’s just my opinion.

If you your a mag whore like me I’d get one 3, a few 5s, and a couple 10s. Maybe a 20 just for fun.

I reluctantly ordered a ten round polymer from Irunguns, still waiting for it and I am not sure what the final cost will be, I probably missed the fine print, I thought I was ordering from their Canadian store. My account now indicates some movement from the States no answer to my email inquiry. I should have just ordered another five round, there are a few places that have them if you do a Google search.
