Ruger Hawkeye Lipsey's Special

It's great! Cool because it's different. You don't often see stainless steel in a walnut Mannlicher-style full length stock, and 7x57 is a sweetheart.

There was a Lipsey series in the same rifle a couple of years ago in 250 Savage, I was fortunate to get one of them. Have not shot it much yet. FS

I think the stainless versions look really nice.

I've got an original 77 RSI in 250 Savage and wouldn't mind having a stainless version in 250 to play with.

Another Lipsey's Special Ruger 77 RSI but this one is in 250-3000 Savage

As accurate as any production rifle I have owned and better than most!

Quite a bit shorter than my Short-action A-Bolt

After reading this thread, I just had to have one. Went down to Prophet river last Saturday and picked up the second last one available. I can't wait to shoot it (brass is on the way)! They sure are a beautiful rifle. Points and handles like a dream.

Sorry I haven't got around to post pics yet but will try to learn and post some soon.

I contacted Ruger about twist rate, and was told 1 in 8 3/4". Just some interesting info to pass along to the other lucky owners of these awesome riflles.
