Ruger Hawkeye

Did the acton for the Hawkeye change in any way from the m77 or is it one and the same. I'm wondering if the forward action screw is still angled or if they straightened it out?

Sure looks the same to me. Yes still has the angled front screw. Trigger has been changed slightly. All stainless bolt and matte blue finish. Stocks have been slimmed down quite a lot.

I have my Ruger Hawkeye on the table at the moment it does have the angled forward screw.

The Hawkeye is the same action and barrel as the MKII, they just changed the trigger and slimmed down the stock.
