Ruger LCP

I like it, but then again I have a soft spot for all the little guns. The one on my wish list is the NAA Guardian .380.

I get to play with one whenever I go south, but does not look like it will ever come north of the border.
 
Maybe you guys can save me the hassle of looking up what are nothing more than paper numbers anyway - how does the .380 compare to a standard 9mm as far as bullet optimum weights and real world effectiveness?

That's what I was thinking...not that it would be my main carry, but with something that small there's no excuse for not being able to carry it. Pretty much fits in your pocket.

I admit I know nothing about .380 as a caliber in terms of availability/usefulness, I think I just like it because it's small and I can't have it.
