Ruger M77 MarkII

This is great

The whole reason I joing CGN last week was to look for a replacement for my Mark II .300 Win Mag. I might just leave well enough alone. :)

I've got 2- 77's. One is the 77 Tang Safe (often referred to as the Mark 1) as well as a 77 Mkll. Both of these rifles are of the RSI pattern (full wood). Love them both. I've had more interest from people with these rifles as they balance and point beautifully, that some have ordered their own. And they're accurate as well!

i have owned mark1 and mark11. the 308 alweather i have now is a better rifle than than the mark1. i prefer the safety better and as stock its a good shooter. rugers are as tough as a rifle can be built.

I have a MkII laminated stainless 7MM Mag, very accurate, wouldn't trade it for anything. I had the trigger & LOP done at a smith, theres no need for an adjustable one.

Here's my stainless/laminated Ruger MkII in .338WinMag. Had my gunsmith beadblast & parkerize the crappy shiny finish and install a Pachmeyer Decellerator pad. Shoots sub-one inch groups if I do my part. I would like to put a lightweight stock on otherwise, good to go...
