Ruger m77 RSI or international

That's gorgeous. I wish Ruger would come back with that glossy stainless finish, the stupid matte finish scratches like butter and just doesn't have the same level of class.

That’s actually the current Hawkeye, .275 Rigby.

I have one of these as well, stainless/walnut 7x57, and it shoots decently but I've yet to find a sub 1" load for it. Judging by the accuracy posted by others, I should keep trying. I absolutely love the rifle. It's light and handles very well.

Both the 7x57 / .275s I’ve had in RSI 77s like everything seated to max length and blunter bullets, it’s a reach to the lands.

OK thanks. My latest load is using 175gr Partitions seated to max SAAMI length but there is a ton of room in the mag so maybe I'll play with seating depth next time.

I have a blued/walnut in 250 Savage.
Beautiful carrying rifles.

My father has a 243, 308 and a 22/250 in the same rifle.

I collect them and have the M77, Mark II, and Hawkeye in various calibers. I have a weakness for carbines dressed in full wood.
22-250, 243, 6.5x55, 257 Roberts, 260 Rem, 270 Win, 275 Rigby, 7mm-08, 308, 30-06. They all shoot well except for the 6.5x55. It shoots amazingly well.

Anyone know how frequently Ruger actually sells rifles in 275 Rigby?

The 275 Rigby in the Ruger Hawkeye was a Lipsey's special run of 250 rifles. The Ruger African is available in 275 Rigby and Hornady makes 275 Rigby head stamped brass

Pretty sure that Lipseys had Ruger produce the M77 African in 275 Rigby. My understanding is there were 250 of these rifles produced which sold out in less than a week with about 1/2 being picked up by Cabellas. I was lucky enough to order one, thanks to Clay & it is a mighty fine rifle.

I too, have one of the Lipsey's special run M77 RSI's in 250 Savage, and it too likes the Hornady 100 gr ammo (MOA).
Picked up one of their No.1 RSI's in 257 Roberts too, this summer, but have not mounted a scope on it or fired it yet. As I have a custom 250AI, this may stay NIB.
Makes a nice set along with a wood/stainless 10/22 RSI.

I have never seen or heard of one in left hand.

In fact, the only left handed full length stocked factory rifle I have found is the Sako L691 Carbine. Mine is in 30-06 and is unfired, purchased by the original owner in 1990. They had also made them in 25-06, 6.5x55, 270 Win, 280 Rem, 7x64 and 9.3x62.

Lipsey's also produced 250 Ruger African in 6.5x55. Every year is a different caliber and now they are doing three models, the African, Hawkeye, and #1. I have a list somewhere of the years, models, calibers, and quantities. I'll try to find and post it.
