All 10/22 mags have 10rd capacity or are pinned to 10 according to current requirements.

I have questions and maybe things have changed, sorry for the question but I thought the libtards banned anything over 10 round factory mags for Ruggers? Can anyone clarify / please let me know if that has changed.

Absolutely, as noted at the bottom of the post:

All 10/22 mags have 10rd capacity or are pinned to 10 according to current requirements.

Provided they are pinned, they are perfectly legal to own and use. Same as any "high capacity" 30rd AR pattern magazine, those (at full capacity) are banned and have to be pinned to 5.

High capacity 10/22 magazines are regulated as a "pistol magazine" because of the 10/22 Charger. Before that firearm was available, there was no magazine cap because the 10/22 was a rimfire rifle. Now that there is a "pistol variant", the powers that be unilaterally decided that all 10/22 magazines are "pistol magazines" whether they were made before that point or not.

Note that the above is not legal advice...
