im leaning towards the RAR. i like the features and bolt release. flush mags are real nice. im not sure a cz scout would be worth the extra $100ish since id need a cheek riser and mags are more expensive

No need for a cheek riser, just mount your scope as low as possible. If you want to increase the LOP, all you need is a Pachmayr slip on pad (small) for $20. Fits the CZ Scout like a glove.
