some of these things i'm sure you can source from the canadian-friendly US online stores. rimfiresports comes to mind, perhaps brownells.

otherwise, talk to your local gunsmith, he can probably put in an order to midway for you.
 
The last time I was in Edmonton ( year ago), Mil-Arms had some of that stuff.
Also I believe Phil and Diane at P& D in Edmonton may carry some.

I first read this thread a few weeks ago and I apologize for sitting on it since then but I was waiting until I got word back from Volquartsen.com on an order I placed with them for an extended slide release and extended mag release button. I had gone to their website and tried ordering online but there was no selection for Canada at the time. I e-mailed them about it and they said to use the online ordering form like normal but to let them know in the "Other Instructions" that I was from Ontario Canada. It took a few weeks but I just got e-mail confirmation yesterday that my items were shipped.
