I have someone that wants to sell their Mark II for $375 is shipping ($20)
The gun is like new with 40 rounds down the pipe

Is that a good price?
If not, what are some recommendations??

Are you talking about an M77 MKII rifle, or a MKII pistol???

I assumed in this forum you were asking about the rifle.
 
If you are asking in the wrong forum about the .22 rimfire Ruger pistol Mk.II that's a very good deal you should try to make. If it's a Ruger M77 rifle Mk.II that isn't in poor condition or broken it's a suspiciously good deal and you should wonder why before you buy it.

Tooner is on the ball. I will admit I thought you were talking about the pistol.
375$ is a great price. For a M77 that price is questionably low.
