I saw the 20 round mags in cabelas in the states for like 25 bucks or something. What all is involved in pinning these so that they can be brought into Canada...and yes I know I'm assuming a LOT in guessing that it will be as easy as I just described.

It depends. If you don't mind polymer mags, Zefarm had some about a month ago. As for the actual metal Ruger ones, I'd say either the EE, or a gun show.
