Just picked one up last week. Transfer went through in about 10 minutes, but i had to wait till the weekend to go pick it up due to school. I could have had the temp att within minutes as well if i had wanted. LT ATT was at my house in 2 days.

Took it out to the range on Sunday and had a blast. For a little .22 pistol, it's got a surprising abount of heft to it. I like the slim grip as well, though i HAVE looked at some aftermarket wider grips. shot 10 soup cans at 10 yards with the first 10 shots. As far as out of the box accuracy goes, that's decent for me :)

Apparently i didn't clean it out well enough as initially it had a problem with the bolt not closing completely after firing, and not picking up a new round from the magazine. I have not totally disassembled it as i'm a little nervous about doing so, but i did try to clean all fo the packing grease out from where i could reach with a brush, pick, and cloth. Gave it a shot of g96 at the range and function improved dramatically, and it now runs perfectly after about 150 rounds fired. I guess it's broken in now?

Tried all different kinds of ammo. predators, stingers (only one mag, the manual says not to shoot them all the time), winchester target solids, wildcats, 555bulk pack, american eagle, federal game shok, champions, and they all worked pretty much flawlessly. Lead, copper plated, solid, hollowpoint made no difference. It likes everything :) Now i'm on the lookout for a red dot and holster :)

Congrats on the new gun, they are an excellent rimfire pistol. Mine loves Federal 525 pack ammo, shoots tiny groups with it and pretty much never malfunctions unless it is a dud primer or I don't clean it for 1000 rounds.

I used this page for stripping it the first couple of times: http://www.guntalk-online.com/2245detailstripping.htm

It isn't as hard as people like to make it out to be, but there are a couple of little tricks that help and the above site shows them.

Buy a hard plastic hammer and a large rubber mallet. the former is to remove the upper receiver from the frame. The second is useful to ensure the barrel/receiver is pushed back far enough on the frame on reassembly. Those guns are built VERY tight.
