Hi folks,
I recently purchased a New Vaquero (4.6"barrel, blued) , second hand, and I am pretty sure it has had work done. Either professional or otherwise, I suspect either the springs have been replaced or it's seen a gunsmith. (no, not the classic poor man' trigger job that sometimes are done on these).
The trigger pull is a clean 2.5 lb. I believe the factory pull is around 4lb.
The question is, is there a way to tell if the spring have been replaced? Compared to a Pietta the hammer spring is much lighter.
