Yeah, different cases might not hang up as much as the 45-70 and 375.
I am going to try that trick of leaning the rifle to one side while ejecting. That makes a lot of sense and is easier than messing with the safety.

Original box, manual, warranty cards, hell I am pretty sure the plastic bag the rifle was in is from the factory. Gun was sold as used, but it looks NIB to me. Can't wait to bag a white tail with it!

I've been eyeing the No. 1s in 35 Whelen at Prophet River Firearms web site for a while now. I must admit that stainless 375 Ruger is Purdy. Ugh! Choices, choices.
