Nope. Just 460 Weatherby ones, and any in other cartridges that exceeds 10k Joules.

The “prohibited list” appears to care more about model type than calibre. Regardless of any evidence that shows that only calibres over 10k joules are now prohibited, I would steer clear of Nr 1s.

Ruger no1 isn't even on the lists. It WAS mentioned in the C21 amendments that got scrapped, but even then it was only in the section for >10k Joules. (And those amendments never became law anyways)
