Ruger No 3 rifle

How many people have a ruger No3? I have one in 223. I know they also made them in 45/70.

They came in 45-70, 44 mag, 375 win, 30-40 krag, 223, and 22 hornet. There is also rumors they made a handful in 30-06 but were never listed. My father has had all the standard calibers, and multiples in some.

I have one, in .223 as well. Wouldn't trade it for anything! Accurate, too, as far as these rifles go.

My .44 mag in the #3 ruger is an accurite shooter as well.
There were only about 200 in this calibre ever made.

Wish ruger would bring them back in .357 mag & .45 colt....

I love them! I have hornet, 223,& 45-70. I had 375 and foolishly sold it .
