Ruger no1 ####

My latest addition thanks to Longbranch* - hoping the rain stops this weekend and I can get out to the range.
303 Brit. was considering opening it up to Epps Improved but decided to leave it alone.

Can somebody fill me in?...I'm interested in these Rugers and went to their website to see the current production (I think a .35 Whelen would be cool). I was really surprised to see what appears to be very limited selection of chamberings. Do they only build so many chamberings per year or is the website giving a false impression?

Apparently Ruger is far behind in production with the 10 22's, therefore in order to catch-up they have reduced production and chamberings in other models of firearms. I heard this from a very reliable source last week. That's all I know. Check with Prophet River Firearms, they may have some.................these are very beautiful classic rifles IMO.
