well just bought a ruger p89 9mm stainless on an impulse, paid 250$.just want to know if it is worth about there or did i buy a POS?it is no safe queen some scratches but i don't care about that.would appreciate your knowlege thanks.

You got an an American made 9mm pistol that some would refer to as a duty pistol, many love it.
For $250 if it shoots half decent, you got a fine deal. I would have let go of $250 in a hearbeat for it.

I got two decocker DA/SA P89s. Love 'em. I wouldn't mind a DAO for S and Gs, especially at that price. It'll just be like shooter a 10 shot 9mm revolver. Nice score.
