i know there are a few people out there looking for these rifles as i was.
people who, like me, where silly enough to think the 'pre-order' game would get them their's first before the unwashed masses would get them.

just wanted to let everyone know that Bass Pro actually has a bunch IN STOCK and on the shelves and they are ON SALE ALREADY!
i assumed they where gonna be on sale on Friday and i called them this morning to see if they actually had stock in them and the fella told me to read the fine print on the flyer.... the rifles came out onto shelf today and they are on sale as of this morning!

i would have posted this earlier but i had to call my dad down in Calgary and get him to shoot up to Cross Iron Mills and snag me 2 before i posted this..... before i tell the unwashed masses.

they still have a handful in stock or did as of a couple minutes ago.

and if the rep from Ruger Canada is reading this, i hate you, i wish the fleas of a thousand mules would infest your crotch.
i know, thats not very Canadian of me but golly you got me all worked up!
but now i have 2 im happy once more.
(both are not for me..... one is a present)

now, off to Western Metal to buy 750 rounds of 9mm and make this week off a good one!
 
Cool! Their aesthetics aren't my cup of tea, but I have a sub2k so what do I know! I have never been disappointed with a Ruger firearm.
 
Well I ripped to bass pro, with the hope of grabbing one, run upstairs and see one on the rack. I ask to handle it, I get my PAL checked and then he unlocks it for me. Give it the once over. I liked what I saw so I said I’d take it. I was pumped. Turns out they only had one left and it was the display. Sure enough it was missing the rear sight and they wouldn’t sell it to me. So if you folks go looking for one you might come out empty handed. The sales guy claim they had 5 come in and are expecting a couple more possibly in the next little while.
Unfortunately they put these flyers out when the stores have super limited quantities. Good guys at the counter tho.
 
Bass Pro never has anything in stock that is advertised in its flyers, but I’ll try and check it out. I’m not looking for one of these, but there are other things that I wasn’t looking for that ended up in my hands too lol. Who knows then?

The flyer I got said $749 PLUS at the back of the flyer was a coupon for $50 in Bass Pro bucks if your purchase was (I think) $500-$1000 so essentially you're getting the gun for $700 plus tax. I was shocked that they advertised for that price as I understood the new price on pre-orders was $849.
P.S. I couldn't resist and bought one.:d

Congrats to the lucky folks that scored a Ruger PCC , I really wonder what all the other Dealers are thinking now with all their preorders outstanding . Yup Ruger and their distributors should be ashamed , but what are the Dealers doing about it !
