So over the years it was speculated that Ruger would release more magwell adapters for the PC carbine from it's original line up of Ruger American, Security 9 and Glock mag well adapters. Unfortunately nothing as materialized from Ruger and no 3rd party has developed anything until now!
Innovation armory (IA) has for the past 2-3 years been slowly developing a CZ 75 mag well adapter for the PC carbine. You can follow their development on their Instagram page. Now your Ruger PC carbine can use CZ 75 magazines!
I recently purchased their newly released adapter (exclusively available from Select shooting supplies). The adapter is very bare bones requiring you to strip the OEM magwell adapter of 2 metal parts (The ejector (34) and the last round plunger (36)) to add onto IA's magwell.
Ruger American magwell next to IA CZ 75 mag well. The IA Magwell is made of some type of polymer but it feels at least as strong as the OEM Ruger magwell.

It also reverses the magazine release button to be the magazine release stud (5) instead of the button (3) this might mean over sized magazine releases may not work anymore with this magwell adapter. (I don't have an oversized magazine release to test). But it does project out more like the MCarbo magazine release meaning you don't have to buy an extended mag release with this magwell adapter.

For compatibility it would work best with newer CZ 75 magazines as older (original CZ 75 pre-b) or less featured ones (I have 4 no-name "made in italy" magazines from corwin arms) only have a magazine slot cut out of the right side of the magazine body which means the magazine stud has to be on the left side for it to work. The older magazines also didn't reliably activate the last round bolt hold open on the PC carbine. But my newer Mec-Gar CZ 75 magazine did.
No range test yet, but I basically wanted to get the word out and do a quick show off of what the kit is like especially if you already have a CZ 75 and wanted one of the first PCC's in the world to offer magazine compatibility with CZ 75 magazines.
Function wise it "works" with all CZ 75 magazines in that they all lock into place in the mag well, but at a minimum you need the Mec-Gar or OEM CZ magazines to get all the features out of it (such as last round bolt hold open, and ambidextrous magazine release). IA has stated they tested and intended their magazine adapter to work best with CZ 75 shadow 2 magazines but it should be compatible with CZ and Mec-Gar magazines.
In the future they stated they want to release adapters for the Canik and SIG P320 magazines but are only starting to prototype now, and with the pending legal situation with firearms and magazines aren't going especially hard to develop it. But I'm exciting how a Canadian company are trying new things out and brought to market a new and innovative product sure to be popular.

Still haven't had the chance to take it out to the range, (forgot my keycard) but I did install the Ruger PC carbine into the Magpul PC Backpacker stock and install the IA adapter.
It fits and works so far, except the Magpul PC backpacker stock has a larger magazine button/release hole. Where sometimes pressing the stud gets hung up a bit or shifts around the hole.
