Ruger PC for petite woman

Carry a rifle all day in the woods and the importance of weight is apparent …. I think weight was mentioned because no one knew the “purpose” of the rifle.

But tactical rifle will allow you to drastically shorten butt, moving allowing user to carry front weight with vertically bent arm.

Had a chance to hold the Ruger PCC today. Fantastic little rifle.

Weight was less than we were expecting and no issues with length of pull. Definitely a solid choice.

My teenage daughter who is 5' 3" has no issues shooting the PC Carbine with aluminum handguard and adjustable stock. She does notice it is heavier than the TNW ASR, but it doesn't bother her. Interestingly enough, I added a small Magpul vertical grip in under the handguard and she doesn't use it - she prefers just holding the handguard in a different spot. I notice the weight and it's not as comfortable to shoot as my FX9, but the PC Carbine has been extremely reliable, and fun to shoot.

Well then, that makes it an easy choice. If the ergos work for you and her, you probably won't find a more reliable option.
