Hello All

I am the proud owner of a new Ruger Precision in 6.5 Creedmoor chambering. I am trying to figure out the best optic to put on it for the money. Looking at a Lucid L5 6-24X50 or the Vortex Viper PST. I am favoring the Lucid because of the finer adjustment on the reticle (1/8 MOA per click vs. 1/4 MOA). Is there anyone with experience on these two scopes? What are your thoughts and preferences?

Thanks in Advance

My RPR in 6.5 is in the mail ( Thanks Jakebrake). I'll be topping it with a NF SHV 4-16 F1 Mil-R. The features are awesome for the price. The glass is almost on par with my NXS and having the mil r reticle in both scopes will help keep things familiar and consistent between the 6.5 and my .338LM

I can speak to the Viper HS LR w/ XLR reticle and the Tactical Elite Bushnell 6-24x50 with the Horus reticle. I own both, but the nudge (in my humble opinion) goes to Bushnell. Both have a lifetime no questions asked warranty, similar reticle, easy adjustments with the repeatability you expect from higher end scopes. The Bushnell is about $400.00 less and to my eyes, have slightly better glass at higher magnification.
