ruger precision rimfire

Any reviews from in Canada yet? All of the US reviews I have seen suck. I would like to see reviews for those that have shot pages of targets. Not just a few groups from a few different brands then post a review.
 
The reviews suck or the gun appears to?

I just watched plinksters, and the man didn't even know how to hold a ruler..
 
The accuracy part of the reviews suck. Everyone discusses the stock very well. But in terms of accuracy none of the reviews shoot enough rounds and enough brands to get a solid "feel" of how accurate the gun really is. I know they are around P and D sold out the first batch they received already.

I have a Savage MK2 as well, and the RPR in 6.5cm. I think as a trainer it's not bad, but as you say it's not a precision rifle, but it doesn't cost what an Anschutz or Volquartson would cost either. It's in the "pretty good for the money" catagory.
 
That's a well done review

I have a 452 that shoots well, though I was considering something with a heavy barrel. I was considering the Savage Mk-IIBTVLSS, which seem to be decent (and available left handed), but I'm not sure if it'd be any better than the CZ. The Ruger is interesting, with an ergonomic advantage for basically the same price (righty only - boo).

Then I wonder if I should not just go for a 64MPR when I can save up for it.

The other question I have about the Ruger is that 3MOA rail and what that means with your average rimfire scope. What are the min distances that you are likely to be able to zero for without running out of adjustment?

No doubt someone will someday make a flat rail for it.

I have a BTVSS and a CZ455. I'd say the MkII is marginally more accurate than the CZ, but of course a 455 is not a 452. Also, my CZ only has a couple hundred shots down the pipe so far.
