Can anyone tell me where I can get a wooden forearm for a Ruger Red Label 12 ga ?

Your dealer should be able to order one for you. Snap Shot in Montreal is the Ruger warranty and repair depot. They should be able to help you if not. If it broke, and it wasn't due to negligence, they should replace it.
