Ruger short barrel.223

I just received a ruger 223 shorty for target shooting,wanted something short and light and it is that,now to find a reload it likes,my tikka and savage 24 barrels like the 69 with 25.1gr of varget,i then smear meat on the target and toast the flies. If any fly lovers are appalled rest assured these were of the murderous sort.ones devoid of any ethics or common decency.so any suggestions appreciated even stock talk.

Well, my Ruger American Ranch likes the Sierra 69gr HPBT as well. Here's my load result for this rifle at 100y:

Man they all like the 69 Sierra it seems.its a great bullet but prices keep climbing on them.i don't have h4395 was picking some up last week when I was in the city and powder was almost ten bucks a lb more across the board.he said covid and biden,I don't know
