Ruger SR 10/22 Barrel Support Block

It's there to prevent the barrel from deforming the sides and top of the receiver which causes the dreaded "droop". Of course there are many who will say take it off and others that say leave it in.

Personally I don't use one, and I haven't seen any difference in accuracy across 3 difference builds that I have done with or without the block installed.
