Ruger SR 1911

I heard Ruger is so backed up that they quit taking orders. There are a few on the EE, a bit overpriced but supply and demand dictate....:)

It is still a beatuiful firearm....................
 
Just bought one sitting on the shelf in a new sporting goods store in Dartmouth, N.S. They got three in and the other two went one each to their stores in Fredericton and St John, N.B.

Bit pricier at $799.00 than the dealer I was waiting on from out west but saved the shipping cost.

I have been on a wait list for 4 months at Italian Sporting Goods in Vancouver..........got the call and bought my SR1911 on Saturday May 12...forever marked on my calendar day as "HAPPY DAY" .

ISG got 2 in both sold and no ETA on any more.......bummer!
 
Wolverine. They had one two weeks ago when I was there. $725 I believe. Might have been used.

Felt like a sock full of coal when I handled it. Awful grips.

I just bought one in Halifax ($760)...they have one left to.;) Not sure if they ship though.

They had 4 on order for almost a year and they just showed up out of the blue...2 sold to same guy first day, I got the 3rd, 4th still available as of today.
 
Hi

Got mine about three weeks ago. The gun store I got it from got 2 in. Only three people on a waiting list (I was told), I was third, first guy backed out.
