Ruger SR-22

so can the stock be made to be adjustable again? never heard a definitive yes or no.
i really like the mp 15\22 but those are looking doubtfull as a non-res.I would like to get a ruger looking as close that as possible

anyone mount an AR quad rail on the ruger yet? or does it look hideous?

The stock that it came with? No.
Aside from being bolted on, there's no adjustment holes on the tube. As Merlin has stated, you can replace the stock easily enough. I'm thinking of getting something like the ACE-ARFX.

I know we have all seen them but I will put a picture of mine up

could i just shorten it a little on that tube. i don't plan on growing any more and prefer a shorter gun for what im using it for. just dont wants this to cost me a lot. already got 150 in addons picked out

BTW that ARFX is nice but the ACE-ARUL-E is same unit without lower support gone. weighs nothing and with 22 recoil it would be more than strong enough imho
$140 at fabsports

i havent yet dismanled the new stock, but the factory stock would not be worth making collapsable. the tube would have to be milled out and the springs and small internal parts would have to be found.. i bought a 4 position collapable stock at mil-arm and threaded it right on. its not quite as nice as the factory piece, but my 4 year old can shoot it now:ar15:
you could shorten it but it wont be adjustable.
just drill out the roll-pin ( good luck, it in a blind hole. i didnt get mine out very clean at all ) and remove the allen bolt. move stock to desired location, drill new hole and tap for allen head bolt. cut off excess tube and call it a day

I think P&D (sponsor banner) said they would be receiving their next shipment sometime during the spring.

Yeah, I believe the last word from P&D was that they were expecting the next shipment to be sometime in March.

Timing was bad for me on the last lot as well, I'm hoping I'll be able to get one next shipment.
