nope! and they even made them glow in the dark, not saying that because they're so bright, they literally glow in the dark! what can I say, I like my stuff a little different than the rest

they are blued i changed out my beaver tail for a stainless one along with mainspring housing and safety

Cool grips Condomboy. Glow in the dark, do you have to "charge" them with a light source or do they stay lit in the gun locker indefinitely?

That would make the gun a helluva lot easier to find if you were allowed to keep it in your nightstand. It would not, however be of much assistance in a low light encounter - "shoot the green thing!!!"

I noticed last night that Wolverine has SR1911's again. Thought about it for half an hour or so... and ordered one. Why not? I've been wanting a full size 1911 for a while (have a SAM Commander), and been really liking the SS ones. The Ruger looks great and the price is pretty good, so... I guess I'll be an owner soon.
But no neon green grips for me. Another yuk vote. I guess it's cool if you like it, but to me that's ugly.
